How many drink options can guests choose from?

The Flutes and Foam trailer has 6 taps, so guests can choose from a variety of Prosecco, wine, beer, and cocktail options at once — no single-choice bar. Prefer to sample first? We also offer tasting flights of beer or Prosecco.

What areas do you serve?

​Fairfield County, New Haven County and surrounding Connecticut areas, including Fairfield, Westport, Greenwich, Darien, Norwalk and New Haven. Include your venue or town in the inquiry so travel and access can be confirmed.

How do packages and pricing work?

​Packages are customized rather than assigned a new one-size-fits-all price online. Your proposal reflects the date and location, guest count, service duration, staffing, setup, and drink selections. Include those details in your inquiry so we can recommend the right experience and provide clear pricing.​

Can we have Prosecco, wine and beer on tap?

​Yes. On-tap service is a Flutes and Foam specialty. It supports faster pours, consistent quality and a clean presentation, especially for weddings and higher-volume events.

Can you create signature cocktails?

​Yes. Menus can feature seasonal signature cocktails, crowd-pleasing classics or custom ideas that match the style and season of your event.

Does Flutes and Foam provide the alcohol?

​No, Flutes and Foam is a dry hire in accordance with the regulations set forward by the State of Connecticut, this simply means the client will pay for the alcohol directly to the distributor

How many bartenders will we need?

​Staffing is recommended from the guest count, menu complexity and service pace. A tap-forward menu can move differently from a cocktail-heavy menu, so we account for what guests will actually order—not only the headcount.

​

Can the bar be set up outdoors?

​Many celebrations are outdoors. Venue access, ground conditions, power or water needs and a weather plan should be discussed early so the setup works smoothly on the day.

​

Do you need power or a generator on-site?

No. Kegs are kept on ice, so there's no need for power hookups or a noisy generator — one less thing to coordinate at your venue.

​

How far in advance should we inquire?

As soon as you know your date—especially for popular wedding and event weekends. If your event is coming up soon, still ask; availability is confirmed individually.

​

Do you travel outside Fairfield County?

Yes. Events within 30 miles of our Fairfield, CT home base are included in standard pricing. Beyond that, we charge the standard IRS mileage rate for the additional distance

Is Flutes and Foam insured?

Yes. Flutes and Foam carries $1 Million worth of insurance.
