Hello, I’m Kate, the founder of Flutes and Foam. The idea for Flutes and Foam began years ago while my husband Ben and I were traveling through Iceland, where we encountered a beautifully refurbished vintage VW van transformed into a mobile Prosecco bar. The creativity, charm, and experience stayed with us long after that trip, quietly shaping the vision for what would eventually become Flutes and Foam.

Bringing that vision to life took time, determination, and years of working multiple jobs to build something meaningful and lasting. While Flutes and Foam is my company, Ben has been actively involved throughout the journey, helping turn ideas into reality and ensuring every event runs seamlessly. Together, we’ve built a Connecticut-based luxury mobile bar service rooted in passion, integrity, and more than a decade of experience in the service and hospitality industry.

Prosecco is my beverage of choice, while beer has always been Ben’s — a balance that ultimately inspired the name Flutes and Foam. Today, our offerings extend far beyond both, including craft beer, wine on tap, and thoughtfully curated seasonal signature cocktails.
