Hello, I’m Kate, the founder of Flutes and Foam. People often ask me how I came up with the idea, and while I wish it were entirely original, the truth is that the inspiration struck years ago during a trip to Iceland. I came across a refurbished VW van that had been transformed into a mobile Prosecco bar, and I was instantly captivated by the concept. That little spark of an idea stayed with me, driving me to work multiple jobs over the years to save enough to turn my dream into reality.

Although Prosecco is my drink of choice, Flutes and Foam offers much more: craft beer, wine, custom cocktails, and, of course, my personal favorite. Built on a foundation of integrity, passion, and over a decade of experience in the service industry, Flutes and Foam is a labor of love brought to life.
