Hi, my name is Kate, the founder of Flutes and Foam. I often get asked how I came up with the idea of Flutes and Foam and while I wish it was an original idea the reality is while in Iceland many years ago, I stumbled upon an old VW van that had been refurbished and converted into a mobile Prosecco bar. I just loved the concept so much, It was the this little nugget of an idea that lead me to work multiple jobs for many years to save up enough to finally make my dreams a reality. And while I am exclusively a Prosecco drinker my tap bars serve up craft beer, wine, custom cocktails and of course my personal favorite.
